do I get with my account?
We have several
plans for you to choose from that are cost effective and more than capable
of handling all your domain hosting needs. We don't charge you a setup
fee and all accounts come with many valuable features such as SSL Secure
Server Access, Mail Manager System, CGI-bin, FTP, UNIX Telnet access, Traffic
Statistics Software, FrontPage 98/2000 Extensions, RealAudio/RealVideo

Do
I have to register my domain name or do you do that for me?
OnTimeHost has
a new partnership with Cheap
Domain Registration to register U.S. domain names for our clients.
We can register new domain names for $19.95 for a 1 year registration.
This is a $15.00 savings over Network Solutions.

To use this service,
indicate on your order form that you would like us to register your new
domain name where requested. The domain name registration will be submitted
to Bulk Register upon receipt of payment for the registration fees.

prefer to do this, you can also register your domain name with Network
Solutions or other registar using our Domain Name Server information:

How
much disk space do I get for my web pages and graphics?
The Gold Hosting
Plan comes with 200 MB of disk space and can hold over 10,000 pages with
plenty more room for graphics, sounds, scripts, and other files!
The Platinum
Hosting Plan comes with 100 MB of disk space and can hold over 5,000 pages
with plenty more room for graphics, sounds, scripts, and other files!
The Bronze Hosting
Plan comes with 50 MB of disk space and can hold over 2,500 pages with
plenty more room for graphics, sounds, scripts, and other files!
The Standard
Hosting Plan comes with 10 MB of disk space and can hold over 500 pages
with plenty more room for graphics, sounds, scripts, and other files!

What
are FrontPage extensions and do you support them?
If you use Microsoft
FrontPage 98 or 2000 to publish pages to the Net, you will need the FrontPage
98 or 2000 extensions supported. We support FrontPage 98 and 2000 extensions
FREE OF CHARGE.

Can
I depend on fast downloading speeds when others access my site?
YES! Our servers
have a bandwidth-on-demand connection with Frontier Global Center, a Tier
1 provider, servicing such giants as Yahoo and Netscape. We are linked
to FGC by a fiber optic cable. Giving you incredible speed at all times!

Do
you offer secure server space for transferring credit card information?
YES! Our servers
are equipped with the latest SSL technology so your customers can safely
order your products or services online! Normally, any text sent from your
browser is sent as plain text. This means that a hacker could potentially
intercept the information sent from your browser and read it.
By using the
secure server (SSL), the information is encrypted before it is sent. It
would be practically impossible for anyone to decrypt it without knowing
the key. You DO NOT have to buy a security certificate to enable the secure
server - you can use ours FREE of charge. We will provide you with the
name of the server when your account is activated!

What
is a "parked" domain name and how much does it cost?
Parked domains
are aliases of other domains. For example, say we have mary.com parked
to your main account at steve.com. This would mean that anyone who goes
to mary.com would automatically go to steve.com. There is no actual hosting
involved with mary.com. Mary.com merely acts as a nickname to steve.com.
Parked domains are available for a one time $10.00 setup fee.

I upload pages frequently?
Each account
comes with one FTP/Telnet account. You have full access to your space via
FTP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can update your site at your leisure.

is a CGI-bin and do I get one?
A CGI-bin is
where you would store CGI scripts. These scripts; are used to generate
online order forms, guestbooks, shopping carts, counters, and more! YES,
every account comes with a local CGI-bin!

What
CGI scripts come already installed?
All hosting accounts
comes with a hit counter, a search engine, a site creation tool, a form
emailer, and a file manager. If you are interested in adding more CGI scripts
to your account, you may do so. You will find a list of various CGI script
collections on our Web Resources section.

What
is the Account Control Panel?
We offer a remarkable
program to manage all the features associated with your hosting account.
You can manage your email, cgi scripts, databases, mailing list, and much

What
are autoresponders/infobots and how many do I get?
You can set up
autoresponders to automatically respond to incoming email. For example,
if you had an order form which your customers email to you, you can set
up an autoresponder to email the customer a confirmation message. They're
also known as Infobots. There are many other uses for autoresponders/infobots,
such as giving information to people who don't have access to the Internet
but still have an email account such as Juno.

on autoresponders in Chapter Six of our Online Manual.

What
are email aliases and how many can I use?
Email aliases
are email addresses that you make up. Any mail sent to these aliases would
automatically be forwarded to your existing POP email account or redirected
to another third party POP account.
You can have
as many email aliases as you want, your mail account is pre-configured
to "Catch All" email directed at anyname@yourdomain.com.

Traffic analysis
software comes pre-installed with every web hosting account! We use HTTP-Analyze
and it is very easy to access.

about Technical Support?
We provide web
hosting services to many clients and from experience we have found that
handling support request via email to be to our clients greatest advantage.
We answer all email on the same day it is received - most often in only
a few hours.
We have implemented
an Online Support Manual to help you with all aspects of your web hosting
account. In the event your are experiencing server difficulties outside
the scope of the manual you can email Technical Support at Support@OnTimeHost.Com.
We respond to All server related support email on the day that is is received.
For emergency purposes only (i.e. if your site has been down for longer
than 30 minutes), you may dial our voice number (702-379-2766) to speak
to technical support or leave a detailed explanation of your problem and
a tech will respond to your request(s) promptly.

kind of technical support do you NOT provide?
We do NOT provide
any technical support relating to HTML syntax, Java programming, JavaScripting,
any 3rd party software, CGI programming, or CGI scripts, nor any other
non-network related aspect. In the event that you submit email pertaining
to any of the above, it is likely that you WILL NOT receive a response!
