will I receive an invoice?
You will receive
an invoice about one week after you sign up for your account. Payment will
be due one week after you receive this invoice.

There are NO setup
fees for any of our accounts.

I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept credit

Will
my credit card be rebilled each month?
Yes, if you pay
for your account on a monthly basis with a credit card, we will re-bill
your credit card each month. This saves you from having to re-submit your
payment each month and keep your account up to date. If you would rather
not be automatically re-billed each month, please send a request to Billing@OnTimeHost.Com.

Is
there a minimum contract that I must sign up for?
All accounts require
a minimum of 3 months commitment.

How
can I tell if I have a balance or credit on my account?
You can check the
billing history in your account control panel for this information. A balance
with a "-" before the amount designates a balance due. If you balance has
no "-", then your account has a balance.
